Continuing from the 1964 Tokyo Olympic Games, Enoshima was chosen as the sailing venue for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
Sailing is a sport in which players compete for technique and speed across the water using the power of the wind blowing on their sails. In small sailboats, they go around marks set along the water surface in a set order for a set number of times, racing to be first to the goal.
The sailboat race is a game played in nature, greatly influenced by the weather and tide. You won’t want to miss it.
